Client Focused.

Results-Driven.

Construction and real estate law are our specialty. Clients are our focus.

Our clients are construction contractors, architects, commercial and residential property owners, co-ops and condos, and purchasers and sellers of residential real estate located throughout metro New York, including The Hamptons, New York’s Hudson Valley and Northern New Jersey.  With our main office conveniently located near Penn Station in Manhattan and a satellite meeting location in on the South Shore of Long Island, we meet our clients where they live and work.  The Firm’s construction law practice includes preparation, review and negotiation of all design and construction contracts including American Institute of Architect-licensed documents, property improvement access agreements, mediation and arbitration before American Arbitration Association and JAMS, and litigation in State and Federal Courts in New York and New Jersey.  Our real estate practice includes representation of buyers and sellers of multi-family buildings, co-ops and condos, preparation of residential leases, and review and negotiation of commercial leases. Client focused and results-driven means we listen to our clients to understand their representation objectives and formulate and execute an individualized legal action plan to achieve client goals.  Each matter is handled by attorney Marc Supcoff, with paralegal support as is appropriate.

A graduate of The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Duke University, Supcoff has over 30 years of experience counseling clients and representing them in dispute resolution.  Marc began practicing law at the Wall Street law firm Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexender & Ferdon, specializing in product liability and commercial litigation.  As an attorney at Zetlin & De Chiara LLC, Marc specialized in design and construction law. Since starting his own law firm in 2003, Marc and his team have represented hundreds of construction and real estate clients.  Mr. Supcoff is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York (S.D.N.Y. and E.D.N.Y) and New Jersey (D.N.J.) and is a member of The American Bar Association.
