Construction and real estate law are our specialty. Clients are our focus.
A law firm built to serve individuals and businesses in all aspects of construction law and real estate transactions.
We represents owners, contractors, and architectural firms: negotiating professional design services and construction contracts and RPAPL 881 access agreements, and assisting client in resolving construction and mechanics lien claims through litigation and mediation/arbitration.
The Firm also represents buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate — from contract of sale through closing — and tenants and landlords in commercial lease transactions including specification of Landlord Work and Tenant Work.
We strive to provide clients with cost-effective and practical legal counsel. We listen to our clients and develop an individualized action plan focussed on achieving client objectives. Most of the Firm’s work is repeat client business and referrals. We are proud of our long-term relationships with clients. For almost 25 years, Mr. Supcoff has represented client J.
