Construction and real estate law are our specialty. Clients are our focus.
Our clients are construction contractors, architects, commercial property owners, and co-ops and condos located throughout New York City, Long Island and New Jersey. With our main office conveniently located near Penn Station in Manhattan and a satellite meeting location on Long Island, we are ready to meet our clients where they are. Our construction law practice includes preparation and review of all types of construction contracts including AIA and DBIA, negotiation of property access agreements, mediation and arbitration before American Arbitration Association and JAMS and litigation in State and Federal Courts in NY and NJ. Our real estate practice includes representation of buyers and sellers in residential and commercial closings of co-ops, condos, and preparation and review of residential and commercial leases. Client focussed and results-driven means listening to clients to understand their objectives and providing intelligent and practical counsel and to achieve client goals.
