Since 2003, The Law Offices of Marc H. Supcoff has been providing professional legal services to individuals and businesses in construction law contracting and dispute resolution, real estate transactions and other commercial matters in New York and New Jersey. We represent property owners, condominiums and cooperatives, general contractors and speciality contractors, licensed architects and engineers, and buyers and sellers of real estate. The Firm’s construction law practice includes: review and negotiation of construction and design agreements including preparation of contracts licensed by The American Institute of Architects; negotiation of neighbor property access agreements for construction; mediation and arbitration before The American Arbitration Association and JAMS; and litigation in State and Federal Courts in New York and New Jersey. Our real estate practice includes: representation of buyers and sellers of real property and co-op apartments and review and negotiation of commercial leases. The Firm’s main office is centrally located near Penn Station in Manhattan.
Marc Supcoff, Esq. graduated from The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Duke University. Mr. Supcoff is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York (S.D.N.Y. and E.D.N.Y) and New Jersey (D.N.J.) and is a member of The American Bar Association.
