Since 2003, The Law Offices of Marc H. Supcoff has been representing and counseling individuals and businesses in construction law contracting, dispute resolution, and residential and commercial real estate transactions in New York and New Jersey. Our clients include developers, condo and co-op unit owners, general contractors, speciality subcontractors, architects and engineers, tenants, and buyers and sellers of real estate. The Firm’s construction law practice includes: review and negotiation of construction and design services agreements, negotiation of construction access agreements with adjacent property owners; mediation and arbitration before American Arbitration Association and JAMS; and litigation in State and Federal courts in New York and New Jersey, including RPAPL 881 access petitions in the Supreme Court of New York. Our real estate practice includes: representation of condo and coop associations, buyers and sellers of co-op and condominium apartments, and tenants in negotiation of commercial leases.
Mr. Supcoff graduated from The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Duke University. He is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York (S.D.N.Y. and E.D.N.Y) and the State and Federal Courts in New Jersey (D.N.J.). Mr. Supcoff is also an active member of The American Bar Association.
