Since 2003, The Law Offices of Marc H. Our clients do business in metro New York/New Jersey and throughout the United States. The Firm’s main office is conveniently located near Penn Station in Manhattan. The Firm’s construction law practice includes: review and negotiation of design and construction agreements including preparation of all contracts licensed by The American Institute of Architects; negotiation of neighbor property access agreements for construction; mediation and arbitration before The American Arbitration Association and JAMS; and litigation in State and Federal Courts in New York and New Jersey. Our real estate practice includes: representation of buyers and sellers of real property and co-op apartments and tenant review and negotiation of commercial leases.
Marc Supcoff, Esq. has been practicing law for over 3o years, providing clients with hands-on and personalized counsel and representation. He graduated from The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Duke University. Mr. Supcoff is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New York (S.D.N.Y. and E.D.N.Y) and New Jersey (D.N.J.) and is a member of The American Bar Association.
